How do I join?
Click here to open your account drawer. Add your email and you're just about done. Use that to log in whenever you shop with us, and your points, offers and discounts will be available to use anytime.
How many points do I earn per order?
You earn the exact number of points as you spend in Singapore dollars (SGD). S$1 = 1 Point.
You can also earn by leaving reviews of products you purchase, following us on social, or signing up for occasional emails.
We're planning to add exciting new ways you can earn in the future.
How do I use my points at checkout?
When you have enough points, simply open your account drawer and click an option to redeem it. The discount will automatically be applied to your cart.
Is there a minimum order size to redeem?
You can start using points with orders as low as S$10.
Do my points expire?
Only if you don't perform any points-related actions in a full year. To make sure your points never expire, you can redeem some of them for a discount, place an order which will automatically add points to your balance and reset the expiration date for your full balance, or earn points through any of the other points activities available in your account drawer.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you return an order, the points credited to your account as the result of that order will be removed.
I'm owed points that I never received. What happened?
If you believe you're entitled to points that never arrived in your account, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Some off-store activities (like interacting with us on social media) can occasionally fail to register due to broken links or browser privacy protections. Don't worry, we'll get it sorted for you.
