Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
How can I place an order?
You can shop our entire product selection or browse by collection. Once you find a product you love, simply add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Products in your cart are reserved for you only after you have successfully completed the checkout process.
I found you on Lazada/Shopee. Should I order there or from your website?
We always prefer a direct website order, and there are a few benefits to placing your order directly with us.
Our website is where you'll typically find our lowest prices, and delivery times tend to be a bit faster for website orders as well.
In addition, we sell a much broader range of products on our website, and new additions to our store will almost always show up here first.
You're very welcome to shop wherever you prefer, and all orders receive the same care regardless of your choice of storefront.
Can I reserve items prior to payment?
Unfortunately, we cannot meet all requests to reserve items. As many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, there is always the possibility that items may sell out. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing swiftly in order to avoid disappointment.
I placed an order. What happens next?
After you've placed your order and your payment and shipping details have been verified, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email. We'll begin processing your order immediately—often same-day. Orders are typically delivered the next business day.
How can I check the status of my order?
The order confirmation you receive by email will contain your order number along with a link to check its status.
Payments
Below are some common questions about payments.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Express checkout via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay is also supported.
Can I pay by wire transfer?
Yes. Please make sure to specify your order number in your wire transfer and to always pay separately for separate orders. Depending on your bank, it may take between two to four business days until your payment reaches us. Please note that order processing begins after we receive payment.
Do you accept credit cards?
You can comfortably and securely pay with your credit card during checkout. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. You may also use your credit card with express checkout options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What about PayPal?
You can also safely and easily pay via PayPal during checkout. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal.
Shipping
Below are some common questions about shipping and delivery.
How are my items shipped?
We personally pack and prepare each item in your order for shipment, and your order is delivered by our own delivery drivers for maximum care.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders placed Monday through Saturday for delivery within Singapore, we aim to complete delivery the next business day after your order is received. If your order is received during a public holiday or over the weekend, you should receive it the following business day.
I need my order to be delivered fast. Can I book express shipping?
Our goal is to make sure every order placed on our website arrives as quickly as possible, without the need for higher-priced express shipping options.
By default, most orders placed via our website are shipped out and arrive the next business day after your order is received. If you complete your order after over the weekend or during a public holiday, we will process it the next business day and it will likely arrive on the second business day after your order was submitted.
If your order has yet to arrive after 2 business days, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, most of our products are available for self-pickup from our warehouse.
To choose this option, you'll see a toggle on the checkout screen to switch from shipping to pickup.
Pickup is free of charge and there are no processing fees in excess of your order total. If choosing pickup, we'll email you when your order is ready for you to collect—usually within 24 hours after we receive payment.
Returns
Below are some common questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Can I return an item I purchased?
We do accept returns of certain non-perishable items. For perishable items such as potting mixes and substrates, we will process a refund or replacement in the event of damage, defects, or incorrect items. Please refer to the conditions below as well as our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligible returns
Plant pots and non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-returnable items
Potting mixes, substrates, and other horticultural media are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, as these items are perishable and cannot be resold.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.
