Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase from The Rewilding Co.

Due to the nature of our products, the following return policy applies:

Non-returnable items
Potting mixes, substrates, and other horticultural media are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered, as these items are perishable and cannot be resold.

Eligible returns
Plant pots and non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
