Order Tracking
As all orders are very promptly delivered by our own delivery personnel, we do not provide a tracking number that allows for live status updates on your delivery. However, you may refer to your order number (sent by email after checkout and visible on the post-checkout screen on our website) for any order-related inquiries you may wish to contact us with.
Delays
While we aim to meet the above timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or public holidays.
International Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are dependent on your order's destination country. Stated delivery times are transit times from dispatch. Most orders ship out 24 hours after they are confirmed. For all international orders delivering outside of Singapore, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Please be advised that due to factors such as customs delays at country of destination, we cannot guarantee any shipping or delivery times for international orders.
All shipping rates listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Checkout will show the equivalent in your local currency.
For orders over 30kg, please contact us prior to ordering so we can personally assist you.
