Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping — Singapore Only 
We currently ship within Singapore only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days depending on the time of order placement.

• Orders placed before 11:59 PM (SGT) on a business day are processed and delivered the next business day.
  
• Occasionally orders may be delivered the same day they are placed.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time
Once processed, orders are delivered within 1 business day. In practice, orders placed before 11:59 PM on a business day are typically delivered the next business day. 

Shipping Rates
A flat shipping rate of SGD $15 applies to all orders.

For orders of SGD $150 or more, domestic delivery within Singapore is included at no extra charge.

Self-Pickup 
Self-pickup from our warehouse is typically available as an alternative to delivery at no additional cost. Orders are generally ready for collection within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Order Tracking 
As all orders are very promptly delivered by our own delivery personnel, we do not provide a tracking number that allows for live status updates on your delivery. However, you may refer to your order number (sent by email after checkout and visible on the post-checkout screen on our website) for any order-related inquiries you may wish to contact us with.

Delays
While we aim to meet the above timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or public holidays.
